1. Controller
Responsible under the GDPR for data processing on this website:
Rumbleverde e.U.
Owner: Suraj Sebastian Thanikkal
Wehleweg 6/3, 1030 Vienna, Austria
Email: jay@rumbleverde.at
2. General information on data processing
We generally only process personal data of visitors to this website to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content and services. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contract performance / pre-contractual measures), and (f) (legitimate interest) GDPR.
Providing personal data is neither legally nor contractually required. However, without certain data (e.g. when making contact), we may not be able to process your request.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted via World4You Internet Services GmbH, an Austrian company with its own data centers in Austria. World4You processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, access time) in order to provide the website. Processing takes place within Austria/the EU; no data is transferred to a third country.
All fonts on this website are also hosted directly on our own server (no external calls to, e.g., Google Fonts).
4. Contacting us
This website does not use a contact form. If you contact us via the "Email" button or the address provided, your own email program opens and your message is sent directly tojay@rumbleverde.at. No intermediate storage or processing of your details takes place on our web server. Data you send us by email (e.g. name, contact details, message) is stored exclusively in our email inbox, for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure) or (f) (legitimate interest in handling inquiries).
Retention period: Your data is deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed and no further business relationship arises, but no later than after 3 years.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; parent company Google LLC, USA). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of website usage (e.g. pages visited, time spent, approximate country-level location).
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Google Analytics is only activated after you have actively given consent in the cookie banner on your first visit. Without consent, Google Analytics remains deactivated.
IP anonymization: We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled; your IP address is shortened by Google within the EU before being transmitted to the USA.
Third-country transfer: Since Google LLC is a US company, data is transmitted to the USA. This transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as an appropriate safeguard under Art. 46 GDPR.
Withdrawal: You can withdraw or adjust your consent at any time via your browser's local storage (e.g. by deleting the website data for rumbleverde.at). Alternatively, you can install the browser add-on for disabling Google Analytics.
Further information:Google's Privacy Policy.
6. Processing in the context of HR consulting
As part of our consulting services (e.g. recruiting support, employer branding), we may process personal data of applicants or employees of our clients. In this role, we act as a processor within the meaning of Art. 4(8) GDPR: we process this data solely on behalf of and under the instructions of the respective client company (the data controller), with whom we conclude a separate data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
This website's privacy policy does not cover this client-related processing, as it relates exclusively to the use of this website. For questions about your data in the context of a specific client project, please contact the respective client company as the data controller.
7. Recipients / disclosure to third parties
Your data is only transferred to third parties if this is necessary to fulfil a contract, we are legally obliged to do so, or you have given your consent. Contacting us via this website's email button is, as described in Section 4, sent directly via your own email program to our inbox, without involving any external form service provider.

- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of any consent given, with effect for the future
To exercise these rights, simply send an informal email tojay@rumbleverde.at. We respond to requests within one month.
9. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR:
